Nice knee pads for the price. But after taking a knee at an event a few times, the rivets popped off on the bottom half of the pads. So had to zip tie them so they would stay on. Otherwise, they do what they were made to do.These are roof-fitter/painter type knee pads that are very comfortable when protecting knees against rocky or hard surfaces. They are nicely padded and so long as you don't move around too much, quite comfortable. The velcro straps are a bit short but just about do the job of holding the pads in place. My only issue is that because the straps necessarily hold the pads tightly in place (otherwise they'd slip about and the knee would make contact with hard ground) they do create a lot of sweating and ultimately chaffing if you wear them for more than an hour or so, and have to move about a lot during that time.I don't think many people seem to realize that these are not for actual use as tactical elbow pads. The price alone should be a dead give away. However for novelty and prop uses these are fantastic. Inexpensive and durable enough to make a military costume complete. I purchased mine for a ghostbusters costume that came out great! They lasted the entire shoot with me being dragged about and then slimed. I was happy enough to use it for Halloween as well that year. I think you will be satisfied with this product if you realize they are inexpensive non functional (as actual tactical pads) Props.I don't think many people seem to realize that these are not for actual use as tactical knee pads. These work great for airsofting, paintballing, mountain biking, snowboarding, Halloween military costumes, hiking, camping etc. Simply from keeping your knee from getting hurt. They are comfortable and padded and adjustable, but be aware they will not supplement actual knee pads meant for specific things, think of these as a supplemental back up that is affordable, universal for whatever it is you do I actually do all those things mentioned up top so I can tell you they work just be aware of there limits... would recommend to anyone.Shipping was fast. Quick and easy to put on. And they work great for my weekend tactical training. This is a must have.Pros: Cosmetics are good, Decent priceCons: Tight fitOther Notes:I don't know if its just my big legs, i am an average built man (195lbs). But these knee pads are just a little to tight around the legs. The elastic straps just don't seem to really stretch. I got them to fit over my BDU's Enough for me to tolerate it, just wish the straps were a little longer. The product is a good quality, but there was not a size option when I purchased it. It is a bit snug if you plan to wear it over thick pants like jeans, BDUs or paintball pants. I have large legs, and it just fits over my jeans. It is better sized if you are "smaller-boned" or if you plan to wear them under your pants.Received the package really quick.. These are super light and easy to use as well as super durable.. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a comfortable light knee pad for any reason.. Cheers, JasonCheaply made. Strap and buckle broke off one of the pads the second time I wore them. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.Do not waste your money on this. Spend a few extra dollars and get something that will lastwish the straps were a bit longerfeels cheep, but so far is holding up (5 hard uses repelling)
