I have been using this bag to carry my laptop, tablet, a small notebook and other college related items. I also use it to carry a few grocery items to work or class if I am going to have a long day, and so far it is holding up fine. I originally bought the bag to use for traveling either on foot or by automobile; kind of cross-country trekking). Therefore I have also purchased Vanquest products to attach to the MOLLE webbing on the bag which has held up to holding 1 pouch that weighs 3 pounds, and a medkit that roughly weighs the same without tearing of the stitching on either bags.My complaint about the bag is the laptop compartment: It is a tight fit for my Dell Inspirion 7559, but it does get in there. I think while that option is nice as to give you room in the main compartment to add other items, developers need to re-work that part of the bag. Secondly, I am a big guy with broad shoulders and the bag can be a tight fit (maybe due to having a laptop in the compartment) for my shoulders. I have decided to carry my laptop in the main compartment as of now, and it feels alittle better on my shoulders than before still leaving room to have a change of clothes in the main and possibly room for other things.Overall the bag is fine for what I need it to do, but I have to give it poor marks on the laptop compartment size and the shoulder straps not being long enough. I would recommend this to a friend, but I would suggest they scour the internet first to find something better if they can.I searched long and hard before deciding to purchase this backpack. It had the most desirable features I was looking for in a backpack like a pouch for sunglasses, several different compartments, and a separate compartment for my laptop. That being said, the small pouch area for my sunglasses is WAY too short! I wear expensive glasses and if there was about an inch more zipper to open that would suffice, but it's just not there! Also, I am a big guy (6'3" with broad shoulders), I wish the shoulder straps were about 6-10in longer as to adjust the fit properly! Otherwise, I really like this particular bag and would suggest it for anyone!Overall this seems to be a good product except from day 1 the main pocket zipper continues to catch and will eventually break at one of the corners. My belief was that this backpack was military grade. Every other aspect to this backpack bears that out except the front zipper to the biggest pocket. When it breaks this backpack will be useless.Great design. I really like the bag! Unfortunately, one of the zipper straps came off within the first few days of having it. It seems durable otherwise, and it can hold a lot of gear!Great backpack, great size. Becareful of the stitching around the top of the arm straps. Other than that PERFECT!!! would buy again.Quality pack. Can't say enough good things about it. Well made, comfortable and holds a ton for the size. Perfect for a 72 hour kit/bugout/get home bag.Great bag. Came fast and holds all that I need. Quality not like the cheap foreign made backpacksIt is what I expectedVery Good
