They fit as expected. Not crazy about them but nothing wrong with them. I always buy wide. I have only had them about a week but so far so good. Only complaint I have is that they don't feel very breathable. My feet feel a little warm inside them. Minor issue and it might be a good thing in the coming cooler months. I used to not like Bates boots at all. But I think they have really stepped up their game over the last few years. Not as light weight as my previous Bates Zero Mass boots but seem good quality. I think I will go back to the Zero Mass boot in the future - just personal preference. I don't think you will regret buying these boots.I walk 15+ miles a day. These are the most comfortable boots I've been able to find. The heel support/shock absorption is really nice. My only downside is the soles are not rigid enough. For me, they wear down in 2/3 months.Everything is perfect about the boot. EXCEPT a touch small in length. Please Consider a half size when ordering.Very good boots. I haven't worn Bates in a while and I was a little worried about coming back to them. These boots are the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. The heel memory foam is amazing. I stand on my feet a good bit of the day and my feet don't hurt at all in these boots. They fit a little larger than I expected but there is plenty of room for my feet and they are very comfortable.The boots are light weight and conform around my footGreat pair of boots. Feels great, solid construction. Only gripe is the stitching by the upper zipper area. If you wear thin socks, it will rub your calf area raw.My son is very pleased with these boots. He loves Bates brand boots, but this was his first time with this particular style. It's his favorite now.My husbands favorite boots and this is my 4th time buying the same kind for him after he wears them out. He’s hard on shoes/boots and these are the only boots that last and have amazing comfort.
