Plenty of room for all my coyote hunting gear. The fit is good but if your a large guy, 48+ inches in the waist/belly it will be tightFantastic rig other than the fact there is no retention on ak mags. However, it’s fairly easy to stitch or glue in some Velcro and use the Esstac retention plastic for the kiwis and then there no problem at all. Got dragged on my fully loaded mags and they stayed just fine with that solution. Cheap option sense daddy Haley’s been out of stock.I picked this up to use for .308 magazines. I read one of the reviews saying it fits .308. Even had a picture. I purchased it with this in mind. Then it arived, and I tried to put my magazines in it. I cannot get two .308 mags to go into the carrier next to each other. It’s too tight. So if I want to carry two or more mags in it, I’ll have to put them in the outside pockets and one or two in the zip pouch’s…..It looks like the Haley stratigic heavy, but it’s not…..Works fine for 5.56/.223 mags….It's a copy of Haley Strategic D3 Heavy chest rig. I actually feel like the Heavy is the best designed D3 chest rig out of them all. This particular chest rig is a design copy of that rig but that where the similarities end. The multicam color is too pink in some areas (comparing to Velocity Systems MC). The stitching is your typical China quality workmanship. Loose stitches in some places, some velcro flaps where already coming apart, but overall for the price it's not bad. Just be aware of what you're paying for (an authentic D3 Heavy rig is almost $200). This is a fair copy good enough for Airsoft or for End of Worlders who aren't expecting to actually use any of this stuff. Id gladly pay $90 if the quality was bumped up 2-3 or so steps.For the price of the product it surpassed my expectations in quality, material wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst, suits my needs for a platform that can run 5.56 and 7.62 smokes, pistol mags. The only thing I didn’t like was the straps and not having anything to secure them after achieving the proper fit. I ended up using electrical tape and neatly folding the extra strap up and taping it but that’s just me be picky for no good reasonIf you’re hoping to use this for an actual TAP, don’t. This is more of a kids vest. It’s small and won’t hold very well. If you’re trying to use it for airsoft, then this is a good set up. I was trying to use it for my military training but it came up short.It fits my Pmags and two glock mags. Seems pretty sturdy for the price. My only grief with it is I'm a thinner guy so the straps in the back are super long after adjusting to fit. Other than that it seems fine. All it needs to do is hold gear and not break.Nice little rig to throw in a backpack or have laying around just in case or to keep your magazines and gear consolidated at the range. Has a Velcro backing with a cover pad so you can affix a Velcro holster or put some Velcro on your preferred knives sheaths and have your pistol and pokey stick handy as well.Does the job well. It is made to store 5.56 style mags, but you can fit up to three .308 sized mags. Zippers are pretty stiff, and the vest suffers from poor stitching. But it does fit perfectly on my slickster, so if you are looking for a cheap rig for that, this is the one.
