First initial impressions, This is a good low profile pouch design to add to your carrier without getting in the way of your mag changes. However if you stuff it full, it could interfere with your mags. So dont stuff it full if that's a concern for you and if you find yourself needing a compartmentalized pouch to carry a bunch of things, I would look elsewhere at a different option or slim down your gear because this will not fit that roleI am not a fan of lazer cuz molle because its inherently less durable and wear resistant than traditional stitched molle. However in this instance it's a plus allowing less material to weave making it slimmer to the carrier, which seems to be the theme to this pouch, slim and simple. Will it survive a drag test through dirt, mud, sand, sticks and rocks for 300 yards? I cannot speak on that through experiance with this specific pouch but I can say with my personal experiance with molle gear overall, that if you want maximum durability... traditional stitched molle is superior. This admin pouch uses an interesting lazer cut hook system that's supposed to prevent the molle from backing off. This seems like a weak point to me and I question if it will stand up to abuse and removal and re attachment as you switch things around. It seems like it would get worn down after awhile so maybe minimize how many times you detach and re attach it. If it does get worn down, using some malice clips should remedy the issue should it arise. The pouch itself is made very well. Good attention to detail. Seems water resistant as well. Even the velcro on the front is dyed multicam. Which is a big bonus for me personally. Keeping the overall camo theme helps break up the outline of a body and a big FDE square on my chest does not help me. This pouch allows me to carry my phone in it. Or carry a map with a couple pens, a lighter, some gum... etc...Overall I think this is a purpose built item tailored for a specific role, slim and simple, and it performs well in that design. This is a good item to add to your rotation of gear.I give it a 4 in durability because of my personal experience with lazer cut molle and the hook cut molle weaving straps that I belive will wear out over time. (This is just my assumption based in experience and not actual testing of the item, this is a first impressions.)I give it a 5 in quality of material. The material speaks for itself. Good equal cuts and measurement. Stitching is good. Not much else to say about it.I give it a 3 in versatility because this isnt an inherently versatile pouch. This is a pouch designed for a specific role to be slim, light, and simple. It's not going to have the same versatility as other options because other options allow for more gear to be stored and fit into more roles than this pouch does. This pouch is meant for a low profile, light duty loadout... and, it does a good job at that. But it is not going to be the best option for every loadout.Tried to put on the chest section of my vest, but it wouldn't stay flat and there's not a lot of options of what to put inside it.Takes up four rows of molle, fits the bare essentials in the pouch and still maintains a low profile. Does what I need it to do. Bare minimum essentials in order to keep flat on plate carrierLove this low profile pouch, sits flat on the plate carrier and does not get in the way of pulling out magazines from below. I have never used the retention system like this before but it seems to be working just fine and it is lighter than using any clips.I would like to see elastic bands inside the pouch to keep things in place, I leave my Leatherman multitool in the pouch vertically and if I close the flap tight then the tool won't move, but if I'm in a hurry and forgot to pull it tight then the tool will be sliding in the pouch. This can be fixed simply by adding elastic bands inside the pouch, or even velco loops.Haven't been able to field the pouch yet, though it seems durable. Really lightweight with the molle straps and they work well to cinch the pouch down tight. Should fit most phones, but my big Galaxy S20+ is just too big. Great for reference cards, folded map, pen and notebook, tools, or a pack of smokes and a lighter and stays out of the way of mags.Very handyMulticam Velcro loop on from was poorly printed and you can see white under the pattern. Velcro was improperly sewn on the flap and didn’t line up. Returned.Nice low profile option. Great for minimalist. It's nice that it doesn't get in the way of mags. It attaches easily and has plenty of room for ID panels/name tapes. Right size for notebooks/paper, maps, a smaller phone or wifi puck/small items. Deployment tested.
