It can expand to accommodate the big boys.I broke it in by loading the front and rear plate pockets with bricks of ammo. About 120 lbs supported by shoulder straps moved around until the straps were nice and malleable. Been great for hiking and plinking .I ordered the same model of plate carrier from Tacticoon Armament, and though it is a good vest, this one just fits me better.This plate carrier by GloryFire is alot better than my other one, it fit better, it feels more durable, it fit my plates better and just feels great for my form.I'd highly recommend this plate carrier for anyone who wants a great vest for an affordable price.I’m 6’3 and 357 pounds so I’m definitely on the bigger side and I gotta say that this fits pretty good! I definitely need to lose some weight to make it look better on me thoughThus far it works But stitching could be better. What time is it fray’s on corners and especially with the Velcro. Will update in a few months.Say less...
