This is the cap for you!Favorite aspect about these watchcaps is they maintain their shape and size, I haven't come across one that's ever stretched out or deformed through it's usageI have a 7 7/8 head. It’s hard for me to find caps like this that don’t end up fitting like a yamaka. This one fit immediately, i. e., covered my forehead and ears and isn’t tight and is soft. I haven’t washed it yet so I hope it holds up. Plan to buy another one after I see how this one does after a couple of washes. Really like it in terms of color, style, feel, fit.I loathe one size fits all, it doesn't, worst in this ilk are baseball caps, they look awful, these watch caps are a little more forgiven.The cap is well made, doubled walled, soft and thick, but I have a size 60 cm head, XL. It is not uncomfortable tight, but it fits like a tight swimming cap if pulled totally down, and at that point, it is at it maximum of stretching, no reserve. I don't like this.First problem is covering your ears. Pinch the bottom of your earlobe with your thumb and middle finger, that much of your earlobe is uncovered, the cap can't be pulled down anymore. You feel it needs just a little bit more room in the top and a very slight increase in circumference to allow a better fit.There is no way to roll the leading edge up, with my head size. Given the thickness, it adds to the tighteness, it makes an uncomfortable fit and just doesn't work. Not sure anyone would want to roll it, but there are times your head gets hot, you enter a store, car, etc, and you need a little relief. My old hand knitted sized wool watch cap allowed this, but it was oversized in height and always needed a cuff roll to get rid of the slouch look.The other problem, I dislike is when pulling it down where I get as much coverage to my ears as possible it gets tight on the temple arms of my eyeglasses.Giving it three stars but I most likely will looked for a sized cap. I will say for having a fat head, this cap fits the best I have tried in one size fits all.If this cap fits you it's a bargain for the price.I have an admittedly BIG HEAD and this is fine... a wee bit tight. Maybe it will stretch out someday?all good...bought a b/u....This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he is very happy with it. It would prob fit an avg adult guy. Oh and the fleece is extra soft but not too stretchy, just enough.microfleece is soft. does fit nicely. goes over my ear. I even sleep with the hat because it is so cold now. It traps heat very well.I would say this is the best hat I have ever had!I normally wear an XL hat, ( about 7.5 UK size ) this is a lovely fit, just right in fact. The material is super soft and it is very comfortable to wear. It seems to be well made and is also very light. The material is also quite stretchy, so no problem with even bigger heads!I have not worn it in severe cold, but feel that it should perform well in sub zero temps, especially so when you consider it is very thin and will work great as an under cap. ( Which I believe was a design intention. )I can very highly recommend this cap, this is now my second one, having already bought the navy blue one.Nice warm fleece hat. It's quite thin so I believe it can be worn under cycling helmets (haven't tried it myself yet but plan to as it gets colder).As other reviewers mentioned, it's quite small to be worn folded. Fits really well if not folded though.Very large hat, my head is a 62cm and it has a comfy fit good quality material, and its VERY warm to wear (cant wait till winter!) Great lidColour advertised is quite different from the real hat but still looks very good. Soft and very warm.Great hat.Will buy another
