I've had this knife since 2017 and it's still holding up beautifully paint is rubbed off some but above all else it has helped me skin, make traps and many other outdoor activities and is definitely built to last the case is constructed for sturdy and secure fastening for your blade 10 out of 10The knife is really cool! Sturdy and well built. Tactical yet great for light outdoor use. I have 2 for myself. Shortly after I bought another one as gift for a family member. He's an avid fisherman and he says it's perfect for his fishing needs. I totally recommend this knife!Good looking knife. Sharp. I've worn it once. Sheath is comfortable. Knife comes out smoothly & can get the job done. Regardless, of your intended use.Knife was bought as a backup as well as one that could be abused without worrying about its cost. The knife is surprisingly well made considering the cost, even the sheath is made surprisingly well (once you have removed the paddle it is quite easy to modify for a number of different carry positions.) Out of the number of low cost blades you could get for a backup or for heavy abuse, you can't go wrong with this one. It arrived sharp though not as sharp as I would have preferred (A few minutes working on getting it sharpened further and one could shave with it quite easily), upon its arrival I noticed that the sheaths paddle would need either modification or removal to be used for my purposes. After a little work the knife & sheath were ready for daily use and it cost considerably less than other options. Don't order a knife like this and have high expectations and you may just end up surprised by what you get. As many have pointed out already it is always good practice to have a low cost backup/throwaway for jobs you wouldn't want to use your primary or other good knives for.Overall, I am truly impressed with this knife. Decent full tang blade 440 stainless. Sharpens well and holds well which is typical for 440. If you can not put a sharp edge on it then you just dont know how to sharpen a blade. I bought 1 then bought another few days later. First blade was mildly sharp and couldnt pass paper test but second blade bought passed it but not impressively. So, both needed sharpening and one had to chamge the angle slightly. You will probable have to sharpen and may even grind a new angle. Not overly difficult to be honest and if you buy/use a lansky 5 stone kit for 40 bucks, it will be very easily sharpened even with new angles.The only draw back is the paddle sheath. I cut my paddle off (no star bit to remove screws) Use the sheaths holes and slats to tie in to any location and or make your own belt loops out of bungy rope, it works very well.Not to forget its only $12!!!! So why not buy it !? With a little effort will turn this cheap blade into a very fun and useful knife.***update***Both are razor sharp and paddleless and are the best knives for the price.I would give this an additional two stars for how it turned out I had bought in several knives through Amazon and every one of them has turned out pretty good the thing I like the most about this knife is the fact that it comes with a kydex sheath it's easy to put in the sheath and pull out of the sheathAbsolutely love the knives tho if ya noticed the right knife one of the rivets is missing from the on sheeth on far right other then this minor flaw in the one of 2 knives im still gunna order another 2 very satisfied other wise if both head've been flawless ida gave 5 stars ?Very nice, strong, love the sheath, kinda clips in, not too big, not too small, it's just rightI accidentally dropped it on the floor (carpet) and one of the screws in the handle popped out, I was able to screw it back in but now the handle is wobbly.This is an amazing surprise! Beautiful balance and awesome cutter, still holding an edge and arrived so fast I wasnt even sure what was coming! You guys rock!
